LENDING CRITERIA

Our lending facilities extend up 75% LTV and up to a 24-month term across a range of real estate assets. We are flexible financiers; we work with property owners, developers and intermediaries to drive bespoke loan solutions and achieve property goals. 

PRIME RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

We recognise the need for rapid, short-term finance and offer lending solutions secured over UK residential property valued at £2m and above.

 

  • Unregulated loans between £1,000,000 and £25,000,000

  • 1st and 2nd charge security

  • LTV of up to 75%

  • Re-bridging and refinancing facilities considered

  • Lending across England & Scotland

  • Terms of 12 to 24 months (6-month minimum)

BUY-TO-LET PORTFOLIOS

We offer custom refinancing solutions to owners of buy-to-let portfolios valued at £2m and above. 

 

  • Portfolio finance between £1,000,000 and £25,000,000

  • 1st and 2nd charge security

  • LTV of up to 70%

  • Re-bridging and refinancing facilities considered

  • Lending across England & Scotland

  • Terms of 12 to 24 months (6-month minimum)

DEVELOPMENTS

We work in tandem with our development finance partner to facilitate final-phase construction and extended sales periods for UK developments. 

 

  • Developer-exit finance between £1,000,000 and £25,000,000

  • 1st and 2nd charge security

  • LTV of up to 70%

  • Select developments considered

  • Lending across England & Scotland

  • Terms of 12 to 24 months (6-month minimum)
