  • Founder

    Max founded Beech Hill Capital after a 30-year career in the financial services industry working within investment banking, credit, derivatives and property finance. Highly experienced in structuring funding across specialist asset classes, Max brings an extensive network of professional and private investors to the company. Prior to Beech Hill Capital, Max has enjoyed success in both of his previous careers, firstly working as an independent futures trader and directing various fixed income desks at two of the largest inter-dealer brokers and latterly as a hotel owner in Ibiza. Max has also directed a number of his own property developments over the years, from high end residential construction to commercial change of use.

  • Director

    Kara has over 10 years of experience in property sales, finance and asset management. Kara began her career in luxury residential sales with Related Companies, Savills and Knight Frank before moving to property investment firms. Prior to joining Beech Hill Capital, Kara held Investor Relations roles in global family offices based in London and Los Angeles. Kara holds a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley.

  • Legal Counsel

    Prior to joining Beech Hill Capital, Andrew was managing partner of Squire, Sander & Dempsey Partners specialising in advisory to multijurisdictional asset-based lenders. In addition to Squires, Andrew brings a wealth of legal experience from previous roles at Legacy Concepts and McGuirewoods LLP. Andrew advises the firm on all documentation and structuring of specialised structures.
